Pottery – the production of various products, including dishes, tiles, and toys out of heated clay. This rather ancient craft arose in the Neolithic period, and subsequently became a kind of folk art. The clay is plastic during the formation and fairly solid after firing (about 900 °C). Has a wide range of natural colors – from white, cream, ocher to red, brown and dark gray. The charming look of the pottery is provided by ceramic paints made of colored clay (angoby), as well as transparent and decorative glazes.
Here you will be able to make your own little relic of history by-hand with the guidance of skilled potters. Within an hour on the potter’s wheel, products such as cups, plates, or jugs can be born. We also conduct group master classes for adults and children.
